FD-2011 Schedule 
   
Prior to 24June  
  Verify Coax runs are sufficient and in excellent condition  
   
24 June - Friday  
Noon Lunch at BBs 
1:30 PM Arrive at Site 
2:00 PM Start Work
    1 - Locate & Mark Tower and Station positions
   - Verify & Point-Out Markings
  2 - Locate support trees for wire antennas
   - Shoot support lines mark and tie off to trees.
5:30PM VE Team leaves for Holyoke
8:00PM VE Team returns to Dufresne Park with beverages and pizza! 
8:00PM Copy FD Bulletin in CW
9:00PM Copy FD Bulletin in RTTY
9:45PM Copy FD Bulletin in Phone
11:00PM Copy FD Bulletin in CW 
   
25 June - Saturday 
6:00AM Arrive at Dufresne to start setup. Meet and signoff with the park officials for the park.
9:00AM 1 - Erect AB-577 launchers
  2 - Assemble beam antennas
       mount beam antennas to towers and raise to 50'
  3 - Erect 40M Phone Moxon
  4 - Erect 40M CW Moxon
  5 - Erect 75M Dipole
  6 - Locate generators and run power cables 
  11:00 AM 1. Band Captains erect their housing & install radios, power supplies and all creature comforts.
  2. Hand out bandpass filters & verify N1MM on all logging computers.
Noon Antenna work completed
  Station housing work completed 
  Lunch Time!
Finish setup, fire up generators and test stations
1:00 PM 1. Install computers & software - test for proper operation
  2. Determine class of operation and notify all band captains
  3. Label outside of all stations with band/mode info for visitors
  4. Test all radios and check for inter-station interference
2:00PM Operation Starts 
5:00PM Supper
   
26 June - Sunday 
7:00AM Breakfast 
Noon Lunch 
1:00AM Start tearing down non-operating stations, demos, displays
2:00PM Operation Stops, Raffle is held & Teardown starts
      - Clean park, dispose of trash, police all the grounds.
  - Maybe we should have a separate crew for this.
  - It's trying for the tower tear down people to have to pick up trash as all the rest of the crew bails out and runs for home.
  Notify park maintenance to check site and sign us out. 
4:00PM Teardown completed , park condition signed off, All leave site
